Improve the accuracy of search results when using English keywords

What if you can’t find the company registration information using English keywords?
Do Chinese companies have official English names? The answer to this question is no. The law explicitly stipulates that company names can only be in Chinese. According to the “Regulations on the Administration of Enterprise Name Registration,” becoming effective on 1 March 2021: * A company can only register one name.

We strive to improve the accuracy of search results using English by optimizing the search process and accumulating experience from past services. Users can attempt to increase the accuracy of search results when searching in English by trying the following methods:

  1. Use the company name containing the location. For example, if a company name is "ABC Guangdong Co., Ltd.", you should use "ABC Guangdong" instead of using only "ABC".
  2. Exclude the company type from the keyword. For example, you can enter "ABC Guangdong" while not "ABC Guangdong Co., Ltd." or "ABC Guangdong Limited" because the translations of company types vary.
  3. Use company's social credit code (if you have) instead of company's English name. Ask your supplier to provide it or just copy it from the business license. The social credit code (企业信用代码) is the ID of a Chinese company, so the result will be the most accurate if you use the code. The code is 18-digits, consists of letters and numbers and looks like "91230000AB3XYZ1C2D". You can use our image search to obtain the searchable text from an image.
