How to get invoice for your purchase

Here are three ways to obtain an invoice for your purchase:

1. Self-Service through Your Account:

  • Login and navigate to "Purchased reports": Access your account on our website using your email address for report purchase. Once logged in, locate the "Purchased reports" section, usually found in your account dashboard or order histo
  • Select and Issue: Select the individual report or multiple reports for which you need invoices. Then, select the "Download invoice" option. Your invoice will be generated and ready to download immediately.

2. Access from Your Email:

  • Check your inbox: You'll receive an email notification when your report is delivered.
  • Click "Download Invoice": Within this email, you'll find a convenient "Get invoice" link. Click it to access your invoice directly. This is only applicable for obtaining the invoice for one report.

3. Get Support from our team:

  • Contact Us: If you encounter any difficulties or require assistance, our dedicated support team is here to help. You can reach them via email or support form.
  • Provide Details: To expedite the process, please have your order information ready, such as your order number or the email address used for the purchase.
