Selected cases of companies with severe law violations in the Yangtze River Delta region in 2022
In February 2023, the State Administration for Market Regulation authorities in the Yangtze River Delta region released the cases of severe law violations and untrustworthiness cases in 2022. Our editor selected three typical ones from the announcement as follows.
1. Shanghai Jinrui Food Co., Ltd. (上海金瑞食品有限公司)
On November 25, 2021, the Hongkou District Market Supervision Bureau conducted an on-site inspection of Shanghai Jinrui Food Co., Ltd. and found that the company produced salted pork leg meat without permission in a residential building. After investigation, the parties produced pickled products without a license. They sold them to the outside world, and the parties confirmed that the value of the products sold was about 30,000 yuan, and the parties did not truthfully record and keep the relevant purchase vouchers and sales vouchers.

2. Hefei Anxin Automobile Testing Co., Ltd. (合肥安信汽车检测有限公司)
On December 9, 2021, law enforcement personnel from Hefei Changfeng County Market Supervision Bureau inspected Hefei Anxin Automobile Testing Co., Ltd. and found that the company was suspected of issuing false reports and other issues. After the investigation by the Changfeng County Market Supervision Bureau, the parties had problems such as a lack of inspection of the vehicle's anti-lock braking device and auxiliary braking device, failure to inspect the wheelbase, inability to carry out spot brake inspection for dynamic chassis inspection, and inconsistency between the initial braking speed issued by the test report and the initial braking speed reflected in the video, which is an act of issuing a false inspection and testing report. On July 11, 2022, the Changfeng County Market Supervision Bureau made an administrative penalty decision of 30,000 yuan on the parties following the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Inspection and Testing Institutions.

3. Suqian Wanghao Food Co., Ltd（宿迁市旺豪食品有限公司）
On October 11, 2021, the party was sentenced to an administrative penalty of confiscating 79.76 yuan of illegal gains and fining 90,000 yuan by the Sucheng District Market Supervision Bureau of Suqian City for producing food that used food additives over the limit (the production dates of the food involved were May 11, June 1 and July 2, 2021).
